Street Food in Xiamen

My favorite find so far-today I tried street food.  I don't know why Chinese are so thin, there is something to eat on every corner.  You could graze for hours and not have the same thing twice.

For the price of $0.30, I tried a fritter with scallions, carrots and oysters.  Fried in peanut oil, it was anything but heavy.  Apparently a local delicacy - it was heavenly. Now I have to find out what the sauces were.

I can't wait to go to the night market and try grilled calamari and veggies on a skewer.

Say thanks a lot for your time and eoffrts to have decided to put these things together on this weblog. Robin and I very much liked your suggestions through the articles over certain things. I know that you have a variety of demands on your schedule and so the fact that you took just as much time just like you did to guide people really like us via this article is also highly loved.
